Before Your Arrive

1. Reservation Confirmation: Please ensure your booking is confirmed with accurate guest details. Carry your ID card to the property.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 12 noon; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Special Requests: Inform us in advance of any special requirements to ensure a comfortable stay.

House Rules

1. Rules for Smoking: Any damage to the property caused by smoking will result in a penalty equal to the cost of the damaged item. Please smoke responsibly to avoid charges.

2. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

3. Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM and must register at reception upon arrivals

4. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the hotel premises.

Payment

1. Rooms are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before arrival. For one-night bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment is required at booking; cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

3. Tariffs: Tariffs subject to change without prior notice.

Damages and Breakages

1. Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the registered guest’s bill.

2. Post-Departure Discovery: If damages are discovered after check-out, we reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any incurred costs.

Terms

Cancellation Policy

  • From booking date up to 30 days before check-in: 10% of the booking amount will be deducted.

  • 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.

  • 7 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the booking amount will be deducted.

  • 0 to 7 days before arrival: No refund.

  1. Group bookings (5 rooms or more):
    Cancellation terms differ from the standard policy. Please confirm at the time of booking.
  2. Snowfall Advisory:
    In case of snowfall, guests are required to arrange their own transportation to and from the resort (the resort team will assist in coordinating arrangements).
