As of this morning, heavy snowflakes are falling at The Auli Meadows. The landscape is turning white, and the winter magic we have all been waiting for is finally here. If you were waiting for the perfect time to visit, this is it.

On-Ground Update: What is happening right now?

The “Golden Winter” has turned into a White Winter.

• The View: The brown meadows are rapidly being covered in a fresh layer of powder. The Nanda Devi peak is playing hide-and-seek behind the snow clouds.

• The Atmosphere: Guests are currently enjoying hot chocolate by the bonfire while watching the fresh snowfall in Auli transform the resort.

⚠️ Important Road Safety Warning

With fresh snowfall in Auli, the roads can become tricky.

• Joshimath to Auli Road: The road is open, but patches of black ice may form.

• Vehicle Advice: If you are driving a 2WD (two-wheel drive) car, please drive slowly. We highly recommend hiring a local 4×4 taxi from Joshimath for the last 5km stretch to our resort for maximum safety.
